thumbs up to free stuff

Want Free Business Services?

I do, and I’m doing my best to win a package of business and web services from David Airey, the Fabulous Logo Designer. He is offering a unique and highly valuable, ($4,000) web and business service package - for free!

What’s the catch? (there is always a catch for free stuff), you’ve got to enter his contest and win.

Wait! It’s not all Blogging Stuff.

Most of these contests are all about blogging for other bloggers. But here you’ve got a chance to win consultations, books, computer gadgets and even free money! Something every shoestring entrepreneur can use.

Who Are These People?

Let me tell you a bit about David and some of the other sponsors. I first discovered David when he posted a question on his site many moons ago. “What does your website say about you?”

I was fairly new to blogging, and his insights and all the reader comments got me thinking how I wanted to present myself in my blogs. David gets you thinking with questions like that and a lot of great information on his site. Even if you don’t need his design services, go visit his site.

Then there is Andy who offers niche marketing. His is giving away lifetime membership on his pay to enter sites on SEO (web services to help you get in google) and Niche Marketing. I love Andy because he kindly took a few minutes to help me with my Do-follow No follow confusion on one of my sites. Thanks Andy. I’d love to win this prize.

A few of the other prizes available for non-bloggers are:

Free Money! from Mom Gadget,

Computer Storage Stick

Amazon Gift Certificate from Darren Rowse at Problogger

Two 45 minute coaching consultations with Mark McGuinness of Wishful Thinking.

4 hour business growth consultation with Rebecca Caroe, via telephone / Skype, or face-to-face in London / Cambridge.

One hour product launch consultation with Design Translator (DT) of Design Sojourn. Whether you’re launching a line of t-shirts, custom furniture, electronics, or any other product, DT will lend you his product launch expertise.

And For You Bloggers:

As you can tell, the list goes on and on. Even if you don’t enter the contest, you’ll find lots of free advice by purusing these sites.

Let me know. Are you joining in?

Thanks to the Writing Nag for alerting me!

Thanks for the kind words. I do try to help people as much as possible with the dofollow community, but I do sometimes receive some quite infuriated messages from people who have been rejected.

One person yesterday decided that my rejection letter was rude and should be a lot more helpful.
In some ways it acts as a filter - maybe I could be more helpful, but it is hard to judge the people who actually need help, and people who just expect help because it is easier to send a ranting email.

I’m glad you found something of interest on my site, Michelle, and thank you for your entry into the prize draw.

It’s very much appreciated. Good luck!
