I do try to help people as much as possible with the dofollow community, but I do sometimes receive some quite infuriated messages from people who have been rejected. One person yesterday decided that my rejection letter was rude and should be a lot more helpful. In some ways it acts as a filter - maybe I could be more helpful, but it is hard to judge the people who actually need help, and people who just expect help because it is easier to send a ranting email.
